The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient-centered care in high-acuity settings, with the ability to manage critically ill patients across a broad spectrum of medical & surgical conditions.
Key Responsibilities of Intensivist jobs in Pune
- Provide comprehensive critical care services to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Perform bedside procedures including intubation, central line insertion, arterial cannulation, and more
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Monitor and manage ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients
- Participate in rounds, case discussions, and decision-making with senior consultants
- Adhere to established clinical protocols, infection control policies, and patient safety standards
- Provide timely documentation, discharge summaries, and medical records
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and academic activities (if applicable)
Job Qualifications of Intensivist jobs in Pune
- MBBS + MD / DNB / DAÂ in:
- General Medicine
- Anesthesia
- Respiratory Medicine
- Strong clinical acumen and patient management skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passionate about critical care medicine and continuous learning
- Freshers to 10 years of experience in ICU / Critical Care
