Opportunity Overview

Our client is a fast-growing manufacturing group with plants in Maharashtra and Gujarat and an annual turnover of over ₹500 crore. The Finance Manager will lead accounting, reporting and compliance for the Mumbai head office, reporting directly to the CFO. This is a full-time, on-site role with a clear path to Head of Finance within 2 to 3 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing of books
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for leadership
• Manage GST, TDS and income tax compliance
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits
• Build budgets and track cost performance across plants
• Manage a team of 4 accountants

Job Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 8 to 12 years of experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and GST
• Hands-on experience with SAP or Tally ERP
• Clear communication with senior leadership
