Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and candidate engagement.
• Manage external recruitment consultants.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Lead offer negotiations and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics.
• Enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing.

  Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership.
• Expertise in recruitment, headhunting, and executive search.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and HR software.
