The ideal candidate will ensure accurate & timely processing of employee salaries, bonuses, increments & incentives in compliance with statutory regulations & internal policies.
Key Responsibilities of Payroll Manager Jobs in Mumbai:
- Manage the complete end-to-end payroll processing cycle for monthly & variable payrolls across all employee levels.
- Accurately compute & disburse bonuses, increments & performance-based incentives.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently, timely & in compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.).
- Maintain payroll records & ensure confidentiality & integrity of employee data.
- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws & tax regulations impacting payroll.
- Manage employee queries & resolve payroll-related issues in a timely manner.
Job Qualifications of Payroll Manager Jobs in Mumbai:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field. MBA/PG in HR/Finance preferred.
- 3+ years of proven experience in payroll processing
- Hands-on experience with payroll software
- Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
