Key Responsibilities of Service Director Jobs in Mumbai:
- Own the customer satisfaction strategy across the lifecycle of installed machines.
- Lead the Pan-India and international service operations – including service teams, channel partners, and third-party contractors.
- Drive escalation management through a structured escalation matrix to ensure timely resolution of complex service issues.
- Define and implement best-in-class service SOPs, KPIs, and KRAs.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams for continuous improvement based on field feedback.
Job Qualifications of Service Director Jobs in Mumbai:
- Education – B.E. Mechanical
- Experience – 15+ years
- Salary – 50 LPA
- Proven experience in after-sales service leadership.
- Strong expertise in escalation matrix design and execution.
- Excellent understanding of customer relationship management (CRM)
- Exceptional problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
