We are a Top Recruitment Agency in Mumbai, and one of our clients is looking for a (Chief Operating Officer) COO – Supply Chain & Operations Job in Mumbai who will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations, from order intake to the successful dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations, team leadership, and process optimization.
Profile Goal:
To take full ownership of the organization’s operations — from order intake to goods dispatch — by driving a KPI-focused approach that ensures:
- Process Standardization: Implement 100% SOPs, KRAs, and KPIs across all departments for clarity, accountability, and performance.
- On-Time Delivery (OTD): Achieve and maintain 95%+ delivery timelines across all product lines.
- Production Efficiency: Optimize production processes to reach 90%+ machine and manpower utilization.
- Cost Reduction: Drive cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational overheads by 10–15% annually.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer satisfaction score (CSAT) of 90%+ through consistent quality and delivery.
Key Responsibilities of COO – Supply Chain & Operations Job in Mumbai:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments—Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Dispatch—to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for operational optimization, cost reduction, and improved customer experience.
- Design and implement robust operational processes including KPIs, KRAs, and SOPs for service team.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless order-to-dispatch flow and service excellence.
- Mentor and lead department heads; build a high-performance, agile team culture with strong accountability frameworks.
- Identify and deploy best practices in manufacturing, supply chain management, and quality control.
- Monitor key performance indicators and initiate corrective actions where needed.
Job Qualifications of COO – Supply Chain & Operations Job in Mumbai:
- Salary – 60 LPA
- Experience –min 20 years
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, supply chain, and dispatch
- Expertise in people management, process design, and team performance tracking
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions
- Strategic thinking combined with a strong execution mindset.
