Key Responsibilities of Gastroenterologist Jobs in Pune

1. Diagnose & treat patients with various digestive system disorders including diseases of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, liver, pancreas & biliary system
2. Perform endoscopic procedures including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP & other diagnostic & therapeutic interventions
3. Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
4. Provide pre-procedure consultations & post-procedure follow-up care
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, oncologists, radiologists & primary care physicians
6. Maintain accurate & detailed medical records
7. Participate in department meetings & quality improvement initiatives
