Job Description
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and company culture.
- Source candidates using multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to define job descriptions and key qualifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Job Qualification:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Experience in recruiting for multiple industries, especially in Accounts & Finance, IT, Digital Marketing, Healthcare, or Tours & Travel industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
