As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in driving recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and building strong talent pipelines. f you have a sharp eye for talent, excellent networking skills, and a results-driven mindset, we’d love to have you on board

Job Description

  1. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and company culture.
  4. Source candidates using multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  5. Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to define job descriptions and key qualifications.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Job Qualification:

  1. 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  2. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
  3. Experience in recruiting for multiple industries, especially in Accounts & Finance, IT, Digital Marketing, Healthcare, or Tours & Travel industry.
  4. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
