Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales strategy and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and revenue management. This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s long-term sales strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement long-term sales strategies in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
  2. People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
  3. Revenue & Profitability Management: Oversee revenue generation efforts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and customer service teams to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  5. Strategic Planning: Drive the development of sales plans, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 25+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a CXO-level role leading sales functions.
  • Industry Background: Must have experience in a product company; candidates from the services or agency sector will not be considered.
  • Market Exposure: Preference for candidates with experience in both Indian and international markets.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Strong expertise in strategic planning, revenue management, and cross-functional collaboration.
